Welcome to 'The Safari Express', a journey from South Africa's biggest city, Johannesburg, to South Africa's biggest national park, Kruger.
It's only a 30 minute journey starting from 1200z to the national park, with everything to offer, including full ATC coverage, and scenic views of the national park!
Don't fancy flying airliners in? How about some VFR to explore the National Park, either in a helicopter, or a small fixed wing aircraft!
Pilot Notes:
⚠️ Skukuza is an uncontrolled airfield. Aircraft to broadcast intentions between SFC - 6000FT MSL on 122.800. On departure, to call LASS (Lowveld Airspace Control Sector, FAJA_MIL_CTR) once passing 6000ft for identification and entry into the Lowveld LASS sector.
⚠️ Kruger is a Procedural Unit. Pilots should expect the Procedural ILS Approach from PKV if 05 in use.
