Whether you're arriving for the festivities or departing after an unforgettable island stay, all pilots are welcome to fly to or from LEIB from any airport of your choice. Expect full ATC coverage in Ibiza and across the Balearic Islands FIR.
📋 Pilot Briefing & Notes
1️⃣ CDM System Active – Accurate EOBT Required
If departing from Ibiza, ensure your flight plan includes a correct Estimated Off-Block Time (EOBT). The Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) system will be active. Incorrect EOBTs will result in delays, as the system will not calculate your departure slot properly.
2️⃣ Know Your Charts
Before flying, review all charts carefully:

SIDs, STARs & procedures
Airport restrictions and layout
3️⃣ Self-Maneuvering Stands – No Pushback Needed
A common mistake: many stands at LEIB are self-maneuvering, even for commercial aircraft.

Start your engines
Then request taxi clearance — no pushback required!
