This Thursday, 12th of June, 17:00 to 20:00 UTC we invite you to visit the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan - the magnificent Ufa!
Don't miss your chance to fly to the famous "three screws airport" - we make events in Ufa quite rarely, and this is a great chance not only to add a rare airport in your collection and make a landing on an unusually wide runway (it was intended as a backup runway for the landings of the Soviet orbital spacecraft BURAN), but also to do that with a guidance of experienced VATRUS controllers.
Full ATC coverage will be provided at Ufa airport (UWUU) named after Mustai Karim.
Other airports of the region (Samara UWWW, Kazan UWKD, Saratov UWSG, Ulyanovsk UWLL, Ufa UWUU, Orenburg UWOO and Orsk UWOR) will be serving by Samara Control, but lower positions will be online where possible (also you may check bookings at vatrus.info shortly before the event to see what ATC positions from the listed above should be online).
