Departures from Koltsovo (USSS) will be handled by Yekaterinburg FIR controllers from 14:00 to 16:00 UTC.
Arrivals at Vnukovo (UUWW) will be managed by Moscow FIR controllers from 15:30 to 18:30 UTC.
