How hard it is to leave the warm seas, balmy evenings and the bright pink sunsets of Sochi. On the other hand, home, a cosy bed and a job that brings joy await in Moscow. That is why the team of controllers from Caucasus ACC and the Moscow Regional Centre are pleased to provide air traffic control coverage along the Sochi–Moscow route.
On 5 October, between 14:00 and 16:30 UTC you will be cleared for take‑off from runway 24 with views over the Black Sea, and from 15:30 to 19:00 UTC the “Big Three” of the Moscow hub — Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo — will welcome you with open arms.
Be sure to take a couple dozen extra kilograms of fuel with you, as delays are possible.
