19th May 1919 marks a very important milestone in Turkey's independence. On this day Mustafa Kemal Ataturk arrived in the city of Samsun and started the Turkish National Movement, an act that would lead to Turkey's independence and ultimately the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey in 1923.

On 19th May between 1730z - 2030z, depart from the main Turkish Hub, Istanbul (LTFM), on the shore of Black Sea and land at the Samsun (LTFH).
