Transcon Shuttle is an event designed to provide pilots with the opportunity to explore the vast Australian countryside from three nominated departure locations on the Eastern half of the continent, fly cross-country and arrive into Perth in the west.

This time round we have provided you with three departure airports. Each flight ranges between 2.5 -> 5.5 hours all inbound one arrival aerodrome. This event is designed to provide pilots with the opportunity to explore the country from three different locations, travel across the country, and arrive into one concentrated arrival aerodrome. Controllers get the chance to control new and exciting locations with larger levels of traffic and create a sequence inbound to the arrival aerodromes

Departure windows are:

Brisbane: 0030z – 0230z;
Sydney: 0100z – 0300z;
Adelaide: 0330z – 0530z.
