The Nepal vACC invites everyone to come and fly into or out of Kathmandu, the largest international airport. Kathmandu is situated in a valley and is surrounded by mountains on all sides. This means that all the approaches either wind between the mountains or go over the top of them. Of note is the new RNP (AR) approach onto the previously unused runway 20 which has a very last-minute turn to line up with the runway. Come for the great views on departure and arrival and enjoy professional ATC all the way.
