"Makhachkala-Transit" will be in operation on frequency 131.600. All aircraft crews must contact this position themselves without instructions from the air traffic controller. If you are departing from Makhachkala Airport, you must contact Makhachkala-Transit after you have received clearance. If you are arriving at Makhachkala Airport, then you should contact transit when you are on the Rostov-Control frequency, 200 miles from the airport.
The entire Rostov FIR and Sochi airport will be provided with control.
