From 13:00z to 16:00z, Air Traffic Control Services will be provided in St. Petersburg, and from 16:00z to 20:00z you will be met by ATC in the Rostov FIR and at the arrival airport. In it's time Moscow-Control will also be Online!
NOTE:
"Makhachkala-Transit", frequency 131.600, will be in operation. All aircraft crews must contact this position themselves without instructions from the Air Traffic Controller.
If you are departing from Makhachkala Airport, then you need contact Makhachkala-Transit after you have received ATC clearance for departure. If you are arriving at the Makhachkala airport, then you need contact the transit when you are on the frequency of the RC (Rostov-Control), 200 miles from the airport.
