In 1810, the first Oktoberfest took place on the occasion of the marriage of King Ludwig I and Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen. 213 years later, it still takes place on the Theresienwiese, named after her. We invite you to this year's Oktoberfest Fly-In on Saturday, 16. Sept. 2023. From 1630z you can expect the best Bavarian ATC-service to bring you safely to or from Munich.
After landing, grab a cold beer and then head straight back out agian to avoid ending up on UNICOM after 2030z. So keep the date free.
