The Moscow Regional Center, together with the VA Pobeda of the VATSIM network, invite you to take part in the Pobeda Real-Ops event.

All flights from/to Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo Airports, including Pobeda Airlines flights, will be available for booking. The event will be held on February 18 from 15 to 19 UTC, booking will be available:

Pobeda Virtual Airline, an official partner of the VATSIM network, invites virtual pilots to its ranks to perform flights according to the airline's real procedures.

A little bit about the VA:
• A real fleet and an up-to-date airline route network with regular updates;
• Performing flights according to the current SOP;
• The software actually developed to improve aircraft control skills (the program controls flight parameters and indicates unacceptable deviations and violations of existing procedures) – available for MSFS 2020.
• Own corporate university with educational lectures, videos and documents;
• An economic system with a personal account of a virtual pilot's career and a convenient booking interface;
• Corporate email and chat for sharing experiences;
• Regular flights and participation in events of the Russian-speaking division of VATRUS;
• A young, energetic and rapidly developing virtual airline with active real pilots and instructors.

Our expectations from the candidate:
• Age from 18 years;
• Possession of a sufficient level of knowledge, as well as a raid that allows you to make safe flights on Boeing 737-800 aircraft;
• Knowledge of the phraseology of radio exchange for domestic and international flights;
• Experience in using and knowledge of AIP/Jeppesen charts;
• Ability to interpret METAR/TAF/SIGMET meteorological information.

It will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory:
• Experience reading the literature of FCOM, FCTM, limitations Boeing 737-800;
