Hello everyone!
On Saturday, November 9, we are inviting you to fly with us and explore the northwestern region with the full ATC coverage along the routes!
Starting from Kazan we are heading to Arkhangelsk, taking a cup of coffee there and taking off towards Saint Petersburg! Before there is also a southern trip from Krasnodar to Kazan scheduled for 9 UTC this day.
Throughout the entire Cross VATRUS the booking is required! Hopefully it guarantees you a minimum of delays and the opportunity to fly as many legs as you wish.
Slots are assigned as EOBT when the aircraft should start start-up or push-back. It is not necessary to push out exactly in a minute. This can be done 5 minutes before and 10 minutes after the slot time.
There are 2 requirements for the aircraft participating in the event... The aircraft on the cruise at minimum Mach .75 and max Mach .99 (Concorde and Tu-144 are not suitable). The rest of the aircraft are allowed.
After your slot application is reviewed and the time is set, an email with the slot time, route and airport features will be sent to the email linked to the VATSIM account. The time of all your slots will be displayed on the booking site.
If you are late for your slot time, you will be assigned the next free slot (it may be in an hour or more) and the slots of the following legs will be shifted.
