✈️🇨🇴 El Sendero del Magdalena 🇨🇴✈️


We are pleased to invite you to our next VFR event, "El Sendero del Magdalena", where we will embark on an exciting journey starting from Guaymaral in the Bogotá savanna (SKGY), with touch-and-go landings in Mariquita (SKQU) and Ibagué (SKIB), and concluding in Girardot (SKGI). This event promises to be both challenging and spectacular, especially during this rainy season.

⏰ Time: 1900Z to 2200Z.

✈️ Route Details: ✈️
​



We will depart from SKGY following the standardized VFR route CUESTA1A.
​
Upon reaching San Francisco, we will homing to the MQU VOR to perform our first touch-and-go landing at SKQU.
​
Then, we will continue flying south via GUAYABAL – VENADILLO – ALVARADO – LETICIA to reach our second touch-and-go landing at SKIB.
​
Finally, we will depart via GUALANDAY – CHICORAL – ESPINAL – LAGOS to land and rest at SKGI, preparing for future VFR routes.

We will provide VFR charts to facilitate navigation. Additionally, those who prefer flying with GPS assistance will receive the route file to load into their simulator.
