The leaves have fallen, the temperatures are decreasing, short version: Christmas is getting closer. Of course, that means it´s time again visiting all those beautiful Christmas markets. Like every year we will be hosting our Christkindlesmarkt Fly-In again, enabling the pilots from all around the world to visit the famous Christkindlesmarkt in Nuremberg.
We are awaiting all the lovers of mulled wine and sweet gingerbread starting at 1700z, when the Albrecht-Dürer-airport will be fully staffed for at least four hours up until 2100z. Our controllers are happily awaiting you and your visitors of the Christmas market or your cargo deliveries with all the gifts. And maybe someone is eager to fly some circuits VFR over the historical parts of the town in its wintery look, even if it´s not with a reindeer sleigh.
